1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on kg996, accessing the platform through any device or browser, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the kg996 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and kg996. The terms apply to all aspects of your use of the platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game play, and use of customer support services. kg996 may update these terms periodically; continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on kg996, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must hold a valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your own name, as this number is used for account authentication and payment processing via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on kg996 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions govern all transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though kg996 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits and request supporting documentation.

• Processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically instant to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside kg996's control.
• kg996 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment service providers such as bKash or Nagad may apply their own transaction fees per their current published rate schedules, which are outside kg996's control.
• Deposits made with the intention of withdrawing without genuine gameplay may be subject to review. kg996 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending investigation of accounts showing patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay, including repeated minimal-turnover transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kg996 offers bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances. Bonus funds may only be used for gameplay and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• The standard wagering requirement (rollover) for bonus funds on kg996 is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to cash.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming

kg996 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform enforces a strict 21+ age gate and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for 24 hours; reductions take effect immediately. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in kg996's trademarks or intellectual property. Unauthorised use of kg996 trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

kg996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including submission of false registration information or failure to pass KYC verification.
• Engagement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these terms.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2, including being under 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Failure to comply with a KYC documentation request within the deadline specified by kg996's compliance team.

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, kg996 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, to void real-money balances and report the matter to relevant authorities. 11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms
